Elegant Destruction:

13.9% ABV

Double Barrel imperial stout from our first batch back in January 2022. Aged in a freshly dumped Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrelfor 11 months then transferred to a toasted French Cognac Barrel for finishing over another 9 months.

Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial stout that was aged then blend from various barrels (Heaven Hill, Elijah Craig, Weller) ranging from 17-20 months old.
